Directions to use:

Start at the front of the hairline and work backwards in a ‘wiggly fashion’ to the base of your skull.

At the base of your skull, work in smooth strokes downwards to release any built-up tension and tightness.

You may find you’ll hit little spots or areas that feel like they need extra time to release – linger here and enjoy the sensation.

You can use in the morning to lift and energise, or at night to relax and calm before bed.

> Do not scrape over any mole, pimple, varicose veins, skin disorders, wounds or scratches. Avoid use on very weak or elderly whose skin may be too frail.

> Gua~Sha is not recommended on the body during pregnancy due to strong acupressure points being stimulated

> Do not use on people with bleeding disorders, who are taking anti-coagulant medication or who have communicable diseases

> While using on the face, use gentle pressure to avoid bruises or marks
